Its a "highly" inspirational pedal, for me it remains on at all times and is a vital part of my sound.

All the colors I've seen look dope, but I love the look of mine, its gold with black knobs and graphics. I think the older models dont include the Germanium diode option, but you can send them in for the upgrade. The secret I've found is running the Pharaoh into an already slightly dirty amp with the diode out option. It creates a huge sound with a lot of clarity and low end.

Mine is the original Black with Copper graphic and "etched" knobs instead of control labels. These early ones had the germanium diodes as an option, so they're out there...but I'm sure Mark would set you up if you found one without.

That clip is awesome :thumb: Pharaoh's toanz and range opened my eyes to how transparent and natural sounding drive pedals could actually be and still bring massive amounts of low and heavy. There are tons of sounds there for anyone who likes their tone to remain their tone.

Special low-frequency version.
