Looks like a rack case with up to 4+ different units...

Hard to say, but I imagine the pitch-shifting is achieved with some kind of vocal harmonizer.

Sounds like there might be delay, too, but it's hard to really hear in the video.

I think I figured it out. I think it is a Dynacord DLP15, judging by the placement of the dials.
