I've always liked those wood grain Dr Scientist finishes, so I couldn't resist. I can find a use for 2 RRR's, no problem. This will be the 4th I've owned.

Congrats! Good price too. Not sure why but I prefer the big box to the mini, just sounds better to me with zero noise issues.
And yeah, I had a wood grain Cosmichorus v2 that I sold to fund the v3. I really miss that awesome finish.

They're the company that resurrects sought after stuff vintage stuff (hi flyers and such) and the Airline stuff Jack White was using. They have a TON of shit, even brought back that Josh Homme Ovation guitar a few years back, the GP I think they call it.
I've read a lot of negative reviews in regards to build quality but I haven't dug too deep and more importantly, I've never had one in hand to try out.
the quality of Eastwoods seems to vary from model to model...the "tuxedo" Airline/Kay model is well-liked, but some of their other models are reportedly less well-built. i could be terribly tempted by their takeoff on the Hopf Saturn 63.
