That's some BEEEEEEEEEEE ESSSSS considering how boring they sound. The NYC ones sound much better than the black ones. I've had a few of both.

For bass, my favourite fuzz straight-up is the Wren and Cuff TFR. I'm not so into it on guitar (I prefer the IC and Triangles). It's somehow more veratile on bass than guitar... thick fuzz to a fun fuzz-drive.
