Yeah I just saw the price for the nu fuzz reissue... I think I saw that ghost effects build a clone so I'm asking him first. I might have to just get some custom double fuzz done if I can find someone who can build a replica of the D*A*M 1965 MKI tonebender. The gold one

Didn't Frédéric effects make One with Add. Lpb to fix the Volume drop? 150 GBP?

think that was the fy-2? incidentally, the fy-2 is pretty similar to the fuzzrite apart from the nutty midscoop eq at the end of the circuit!

I have an Vintage FX Fuzz Riot that I never quite bonded with.. But I am keeping it around until I need that buzzsaw thin garage sound.

Speaking of the buzzsaw thin garage sound, the Ghost Effects Pep Box nails it.

Th catalinbread fuzzrite (merkin) is pretty nice. I also have a clone fuzzrite kicking around that's cool if you want. Both sound nice.

Anyway, you probably shouldn't pay a ridiculous amount for a fuzzrite. they're super simple pedals.

I have a Fuzz King Fuzz Mite.
http://www.fuzzking.com/ it wasn't that expensive from memory and it sounds really good.
It's the germanium version though so it's different from the later silicon models that fuzzrites became.
I'd recommend it
