Holy crap! I need to get caught up on my Neurosis studyin' - I love a ton of bands influenced by them, but know very little of the band themselves. I know there's been at least one "where do I start with Neorosis" thread already, but... where do I start with Neurosis?

Through Silver In Blood and Grace are good places to start. Go back from Through Silver in Blood for less refinement, forward for more dynamic and sound experimentation (except for Honor Found in Decay, which I find to be "more of the same")
