Well, if it makes you feel better, it's not like I have a Model T or anything, the Sunns at home are a Concert Bass and Beta Lead...there's also a couple more ampeg cabs (my wife is an amazingly tolerant woman), an old B40 head and recently I picked up a VT40. I guess I know what I like...

At SOME point I probably should branch out, it's just...THEY'RE SO CHEAP and THEY SOUND SO. FUGGIN'. HUGE.
Heads are 2 V4s, V4B, and 2 V2s. Cabs here are three V4 412s, a B40 410, and two V6B 215s.
It gets loud in there

Can't blame you my friend! The only thing I've heard is that the V series reliability can be questionable.

And with that many cabs your a man after my own heart!

I run a 6x12 + 3x15 plus a 4x12+ 2x15, but only two heads.

I bet it gets loud in there, got damn!

I have my amps regularly serviced/maintained, and they've actually been very reliable...but I've heard those stories too, and I'm sure there are some bad apples out there.
Typically we each use just two heads when the band plays--you'd have to turn the ampegs so far down to hear the drums, it'd be a waste.

One of my favorite cabs is my V2 4x12, way oversized and monstrous, a total beast...I leave it at home mostly b/c it's just such a pain in the ass to move.
And JESUS that's a lot of air you're moving with your 10 12"s and 5 15"s...we should figure out a way to hang out and shake the earth...
