for sure, that'd be ideal. just haven't seen many around.
i think that weber amp is prolly not the same, 100watts and no 6AN8. i will have to give some serious consideration to all the names people have thrown out there, thanks, yous are good people.

It is Weber's version of a Sunn 200s I believe. Pretty cool amp but much different then a model t. The weber will give you a loud clean tone that would be a great foundation for pedal dirt.

Dude honestly you should probably just call ben verellen... Hes one of the straight shootinest dudes in the industry, and his shit is the real deal. My meatsmoke will crush anything made by anyone ever and it cops mad clean dark american vibes.

My Dunwich Metropolitan is loosely based on a Sunn 200 and was originated designed by modding the shit out of that Weber kit. Pretty sure. Then I started making custom requests and it grew from there.

And yeah, like THEBEERHAMMER points out, Verellen amps are no joke. My Loucks/Skyhammer hybrid is a BEAST of an amp. Serves as the dirty half of my big setup (although it has some gorgeous cleans too!) while the Dunwich serves as the super clean pedal platform half.

Great amps, lots of variety with each build based off the same few models but still unique in terms of specs. My Dwarvenaut is a beast at only 20W, voice like a med gain T in low gain settings and an Orange OR/Matamp in higher settings. Sounds HUGE, tons of bass, lots of gain, love that amp.

You using fuzz pedulz in front of that bad boy?

I do. It's a darker sounding amp so it pairs best with a little brighter/edgier fuzz. The Monolith Santa Muerte is the best I've found for it thus far. It's does well with OD and boost too. Really beefy amp with plenty of gain so any fuzz/boost/OD serves to tighten it up a bit and really get the high gain cooking.

Heck Nick, you should just build a couple and put em in one of those beautiful wood enclosures. I'm pretty sure there would be a big market for that!

lol everything with me moves so slowly. Easier to get Hex Cabs or Verellen to build something like that if someone wants it faster. 2k is not a bad price for a cloned T. If I was going to do one I would probably add a Resonance control (ala Depth on SLO) and a Mid Shift control (variable slope resistors on the EQ)
