Problems with Bullet Cable / Core One Warranty

Post by MEC »

I bought a Bullet Coil Cable from Prymaxe in December and it shit out a month or so ago.
It was past the return date for Prymaxe so I attempted to contact Bullet and use their 3 year warranty.

It's been over a month now and I have e-mailed them 5 times total at 2 different email addresses (Admin & Tech).
I also attempted to call them but the # on their site is no longer in service. :idk:

I contacted Prymaxe and they gave me a different email to try (Sales) and I got nothing there either.

Have any of you doods ever used their warranty program with success?
Does anyone have suggestions as to what I should do next or a better contact for them?

Yeah about that.... just so your aware normal use is not covered under their warranty.... the way its worded if you used it at all and it shit out then your the new owner of a broken cable (wear and tear are not covered only manufacturing defects).... :picard:

As far as not getting a response I bought a replacement speaker cable from them a few months ago. (the 18$ blow out special on their website, because my 3' died during a gig and I'm OCD about my cables matching) It took them about 2 weeks to ship it out but it still shipped. They were supposedly going through a company name change and combining all their different cables into one brand name. But it seems as if he's abandoning it all together.

^that blows. most cables have a lifetime warranty? like at guitar center. the dude told me if your cable ever breaks, to bring it in and throw it at him and he will give me a new one. no questions asked. do they sell bullet cables at GC?

contemplated taking all my excess cables that I don't use. getting new ones from GC, then flipping them on dey bayz. lol

Sorry to hear your bullet cable crapped out on you. I have been using one for about a year with no problems at all. I don't know anything about their customer service but I hope it all works out for you in the end. I love my white coily cable - it gets the girls (not actually but secretly it does). And I love the meaty weight of it.
Fuzz, reverb, delay.
