I have a Small Stone but it doesn't seem to do this sound, though I played one in a store that did, is yours a reissue?
On that spot, are you using the flanger too?

To clarify - the flanger you hear in the beginning is on the whole time. The slow modulation comes from my vintage V1 Small Stone with the colour switch up for more depth and resonance... and into the Heliotrope, it has this weird, almost talk-box-like, character :)
