This whole situation is just ruining my mental state. Like that was the last of my friends here. I want to move and most of me feels like this is a good idea, but theres always that part of me that thinks it will be more of the same. Im def 100% on moving but i just dread my life ending up like this again. I think I might be falling apart. Shit is going decent except from that but man the stress of what happened last night is really fucking with my head. Pulling a loaded gun from someones hand really fucks your whole headspace up. Im panicked and having attacks and all I want is for this girl to just talk to me and calm me down and reassure me that im cared about and everything but shes just pulling away being really distant and its making me feel like a general piece of shit.



Also man those of you that use things people post in this thread against them are fucking pieces of shit. Ive seen it happen to more than just me and that shit is NOT cool.

Imo, being on a PTSD watchlist doesn't sound like the worst thing for him (which would include at least an attempt to help him, I assume...and an attempt to help him that doesn't involve you, cause it's not your job to fix this guy!). And sometime there wont be anyone there to wrestle the gun out of his hands. Or it will go off--accidentally or not--in someone's face. Anyway, just what I think.

Also like half of my left thumb got ripped off so I won't even be able to play guitar for a while.

The worst part is its totally my fault but I'm just going to tell people that someone cut me off and I ate it because it's so embarrassing
