Rotary Switches?

i'd like to wire my t-60 to have a 4 way rotary switch in place of the phase switch (which is broken and disconnected anyway). it would also take the place of the weird coil tap wiring.

i'd like it to do this
position 1. both humbuckers on
position 2. bridge tapped
position 3. neck tapped
position 4. both pickups tapped

i'd post this in t-60 mafia but they are all blues lawyers there
