lol. f'reals. it's so awsome having a pedal i really like looking all purty and sechsified and HAWT. i want to cuddle that man. cuddle him to DEATH.

Chetty - yessuh. there's a Nimbus, Oxide and Xerograph from Taylor up in thar. he makes good stuff. i'm probably gonna replace the Oxide with a Depth Charger after Danno works his magic on it though. Oxide is really cool, but it gets a little finicky for me sometimes.

I had like two weeks worth of orders and trades and such all arrive in the mail today. I'll be spending the afternoon adding everything to the board :joy:

We got an Algal Bloom, Polytune mini, parts for a charge pump (for my flanger that runs at 18v), and some pancake DIY cables!

BF-2 into Clarinot is like that LAL Misty Cave, but better.

@OfficerB: How do you use it as a fixed filter clangy thing?

Cool setup! I didn't realize so many people were into the BF-2.

To use it as a fixed clangy filter turn the depth control all the way down. Increasing the resonance will add more feedback giving you a clangier sound. Then tune it with the manual control.

It's not really a filter, it's just a delay with a really short delay time and some feedback. So it will feedback more when you play certain notes and emphasize them in a way that results in sortof a clangy metallic sound. It's pretty cool when I pair it with my DD-7 with a super short delay time and some feedback for double clang.

Unfortunately I was not watching Battlestar Galactica. I don't really watch tv except when I'm trying to fall asleep

Today's drone board set-up. The POG2 is freaking awesome for this shit.
Yamaha PSS-470 -> Mini -> PM7 -> bypass/feedback loop -> 616 -> amp
bypass/feedback loop: POG2 -> Cathedral -> TAFM -> EQ

Awwwwww yeah - I love that sound. I had a friend upgrade mine - he changed out the delay chips, and added a switchable pitch-glitch mode. Fun stuff.

That looks siiiiick for some drones. I'm almost set on my main board that I can start putting together a couple small dedicated boards for specific sounds, and an endless sustain/drone board is first on the list...

ooook. Finally got me a fancy-pants pedal board/case. I've been experimenting with how to "permanently" set it up. So far, this is pretty close. I gotta find a way to fit the SOMMS in there from time to time for when I play noisier sets. As if this setup doesn't generate enough noise as it is.... Also I'm looking to get a more dedicated looper/sampler in the near future, so I can use the DL4 for all the effects it has, instead of just the looping function.

really glad to see the bukowski cat fuck on the internet again. first pedal that i ever saw on a forum (the gear page... rough times pre ILF) that i became obsessed with and tracked down where it came from. i even asked brian to make mine look like that before i knew it was a one off. favorite pedal always and forever <3

The reasons I haven't been using it are that I broke the bypass switch and my ac30 has such a sweet overdrive sound that the only dirt I've been using is my MK1.5 clone (with my band that is)

I still love it though and I'm not gonna sell it.

Jrmy - pitch glitch? Sounds funky. What it do baby boo?
