Forgot to order one of the power chips with my last mouser order and have been working too much to think about it too much. I did put a bunch of batteries I had laying around in series to try to get 12 v version and yes the PLL zapped a volt off of each in minutes. When I get back from new York I be seein 12 volts and will build mine with that I'm sure.

I can't believe no ones tried the vero yet. Do it someone!

so all this PLLin made me wonder if the poly box will track a guitar with a fuzz to give the phase comparator something better to look at. here are the results.

Thought I'd post something before I leave town for a few weeks. Real boring clip but once I start playing the same snippet, I'm switching out the rotary connections of the divider and multiplier similar to previous video. For awhile it's just the multiplier and divider volumes turned up with fuzz turned all the way down. At some point I mix the fuzz back in. It's great being able to mix the 3. Playing a 3 stringed guitar I bought in Thailand a few years ago.

The Loop Track / Lag seems to be working. I can hear it later in the video. That's with the 1M pot?

The response, loop track seem to work fine. This is with a 1m fixed resistor subbing for a B10k. Tried again with a B10K but just not as good as the resistor. On my way to NYC but going to order stuff to get 12v+ and 12v- when I get home. When I build my personal one I will probably ditch the trigger and preamp as onboard controls and just use trimmers. Don't care for the gated sounds. Just full bore fuzz with the octave insanity. I probably will make mine with a bypass stomp, drone stomp, and multiplier divider stomp, as well.

I understood none of that until "full bore fuzz...insanity."

Board is slowly coming together. Lotsa wires. Lotsa, lotsa wires. As someone noted, the wire to component ratio is a bit skewed.

Hoping to get the rest of the parts soon, so I can box this sucker.
