Agile AL Necks

Post by Moustache_Bash »

Does anyone know what the regular necks are like on the Agile AL models? Like, the depth/thickness/width/shape? Maybe you could use a MIM Fender as a comparison (is it thicker or thinner)?

I've had an AL-3000M and the neck was thinner and slightly wider then most MIM fenders I've played and definitely thinner then any gibson LP I've played. It was extremely comfortable, kinda miss that guitar except for the EMG pickups.....

Cool, thanks for the response.

Figured I'd give this guitar a shot:

I don't have an AL standard neck model, but I do have an AL-2000 Wide.

If you want any measurements, I would be happy to take them. :)

I've had 3 different agiles now and loved everyone of them, I'm really missing my old Intrepid 828 pro  I say go for it, you will probably want to swap out the pickups on any model you pick up but he does that on purpose, he cuts costs on the pickups to make them more affordable since 95% of his customers swap out the stock pickups anyways. He listens very well to his customer base and thats what they wanted to keep the initial cost down.

The guitar came today, and it is actually the best playing guitar I ever played. I hate to hype it so much, but seriously. Never thought I'd be into a Gibson style guitar. The neck is sooo comfortable. Only problem is it has some gouges in the sides of the body :(.
