Some of solo stuff? (Shameless self promotion).
Honestly, I find Earth 2 really soothing, I listen to it before I go to sleep most nights.
Also, some of Stephen O'Malleys solo stuff would definitely fit the bill.

Natural Snow Buildings are really really good.

Eluvium is also really really good.

I would keep going but that's probably good because someone else already mentioned Tim Hecker. Harmony In Ultraviolet is such a fantastic record.

Ah! So because of this post I finally listened to Growing properly (I have a collab-o-jam they did with Comets on Fire, but none of their own stuff). Definitely should've listened sooner.

Jammed on some Charlemagne Palestine, Terry Riley and La Monte Young while hating life at work. Fantastic! Will keep getting through everyone's suggestions in the coming days/weeks...

I know you already snagged some Nadja, but this is an invaluable resource for their music (since they put out albums the same way rabbits procreate):
