bigchiefbc wrote:If you want cheap, the Behringer US600 is polyphonic when you're in pitch shifter mode (but not in harmony mode), and it can do 1 or 2 octaves up and down. The guitarist in my covers band uses one all the time, and it actually tracks really well. And the balance knob acts as a wet/dry mix. The only thing you can't do with it is have both an octave up AND an octave down at the same time.
I know that people tend to shit on Behringer, but the shifter is actually a pretty good pedal.
A lot of the Behringer stuff is pretty decent, people just go in with high hopes and LOOK for the bad. I had the Bass chorus for a while, I thought it was a pretty solid chorus pedal for the price. There are better cheap Chorus's out there, but it's not bad.
The BSY600 isn't that bad either...Boss SYB-2 clone with half the price tag.
Dunno, I'm in Sweden so no customs. But when I've shipped to the States it takes a little longer than it takes to ship here. For whatever reason. But the z.cat dude is legit.

That’s quarter-assed at best.

The price tag seems very reasonable and demos sounded great. I want the hold reverb with a big reverb circuit though.. Wait, what about the pog clone? haha
synthezatory wrote:Yeah, I'm kinda eyeballing their big reverb. How's the duty/custom fee and how long does it take to be delivered to the states tho?
There's no duty/custom fees for stuff going into the US, though they can hold onto your package for a week orso. Usually takes 1-3 weeks when shipping to the US from EU.

I'm not sure but it might be possible. Pretty sure they're done on the same chip... ? Thanks for the help with the customs info Haki.

That's good to know, thanks man! So it wont bump the good price tags then, nice
Shouldn't, it should also lower the price. If they're selling within Europe companies have to charge VAT, but when they sell outside of Europe, they don't. So basically the pedal should be about 1/6th cheaper for people outside Europe. Not every builder does this because they either don't charge VAT at all, don't know the VAT rules or just want to pocket the extra profit. But it's worth asking.

Extra points for you Haki! I definitely will ask when I make my purchase in the future, prolly with the octaver as well. Thanks broski
