My kid woke me at 5. And then my cat woke me again at 5:15. And then my goddamn alarm clock woke me at 6.

You'd think I'd be used to this bullshit by now, but I'm not.

My lower back has been tweaking out over the last week or so.

Oh well. Only two more weeks-ish of snow, then it'll get all the R&R it needs.

Really stressed about my car right now.

I have to go to my night job after I leave work here, and the cop that pulled me over yesterday for my expired inspection always hangs out right by the entrance to the highway. I have work scheduled to be done on my car tomorrow, and I'll be getting a new inspection immediately after. I had to wait until after payday, and then tomorrow was the earliest I could have work scheduled. If this guy sees me again though he's going to have me towed, and I won't be able to get to work (and to make matters worse, I'm not just doing my work, but I'm also covering for the other person that was supposed to work tonight but can't).

That sucks. I got lucky and the cop who pulled me over didn't run my inspection, because it wasn't technically legal. (Never got it inspected after buying it, so the inspection sticker wasn't valid, I guess.)

Good luck, man. Car troubles suck

Do you have an appointment card from the shop? Can you get one before you go to work? If he pulls you over again and you show him that you have an appointment scheduled and the only reason your driving is to get to work theres not much he can do. If he was to have your car towed and write you a ticket then you go to court with a receipt showing that the car was fixed the next day and you informed the officer of that the judge isnt going to be happy that the cop wasted their resources just to be a dick and because they had to pay out for the towing and then didnt get any money back from the ticket. I've been down these roads many times before......

That's a good idea. Going to do that before I leave. The place is right next door.

I am awaiting a refund from this dead beat seller on ebay. I am dismayed at how long it is taking to receive the money I am entitled to. I have noticed a lot of other people recently have run into trouble with this guy.

Gf is making me go see a movie. We settled on Life of Pi in 3D. I haven't been to a theater in almost 4 years. I HATE going to theaters to see movies and I've never seen the new real-d 3d movies. Hopefully it's not too bad.

(I also hate 95% of films that come out. God damn Hollywood block buster team of writers trying to make millions of dollars for corporate fatcats appealing to the masses with generic stories and the same actors over and over with million dollar fx and million dollar advertisements preventing me from enjoying a fucking YouTube video I'm trying to watch. What happened to art? What happened to real story telling. Fuck Bruce Willis for doing another GI Joe movie. Fuck another remake. Fuck another sequel. M.NIGHT, DO NOT MAKE THAT LAST AIRBENDER SEQUEL! You raped the last one and every critic agrees. FUCK OFF ONE OF MY FAVORITE CARTOONS.)
