Poast your favorite band shirts...

Post by hazelwould »

I've got a Grizzly Bear shirt (I know... I know...) that I got at a show like 4 years ago, and it's awesome. Looks cool, and fits really well. It's an American apparel 50/50 blend shirt.

What's your favorite band shirt?

my ripped and tattered iron maiden no prayer for the dying t-shirt. I try to wear it at a lot, if not all the shows i perform. It is really worn and raw. Its going to deteriorate to dust very soon.
Fuzz, reverb, delay.

One of my favorites. I need to re-buy it, as my current one is too small.

Oh my gawd, so many...

Cordelia's Dad, (favorite obscure college band) which I no longer wear because it's from back when I thought XL was the way to go
Motörhead, because Motörhead
Speedwolf, because wolf head pentagram = metal
Bob Mould, because I worked that show, and he was the nicest guy ever
Henry Rollins spoken word '96, because I picked him up at the airport, and he was the other nicest guy ever
Superdrag, because Superdrag

Gonna have to dig through the pile and see what else I can find...

My Joy Division "Unknown Pleasures" shirt.

I don't buy shirts at concerts cause I'm not gonna abide by price gouging.

I really dig Baizly's art
I don't seem to ever pay more than $10 for a shirt lately. I have been trying to go to more local smaller shows. Sometimes the bands even throw in a cd or something.

Basically, local band shirts are where it's at. $10, tight designs, etc.
