Tuner -> Super-ego -> DTjr -> Pitchgrinder -> Organizer -> Cathedral seems to be the table top set up.

NOTE! I did not loop! It's all "inifinite repeats" on the cathedral, a couple Superego drones, and outrageously long reverbs. The loopers come in on the second piece of the set, but the audio was SO FUCKED UP I could not even come close to saving it.
