Oohhh. I love most anything new from Fairfield!

You know, I've never owned a compressor in my life but this would probably be a very solid place to start, if it's a compressor that is..... Also, this thread reminds me I need to email Guillaume about getting a Fairfield tee shirt. Thanks for that. :thumb:

I hate comp... but I can't imagine a Fairfield comp been a bad things.

lol. yeah. fuck comps. iiiiiiiiiiiii don't know him as well as Sylny, but who does. hell. i've seen the Guilly Flesh Skin Suit he built out of fat grrLs. pretty cool actually. very convincing.

but i'd be surprised if THAT GUY is doing something as mundane as a comp.

That's what I was sayin! Comps on guitar can sound good IMO. My cousin has a Keeley Comp and it actually has a very distinct tonal difference. That being said, on bass they sound like shit IMO. Fuck comps.

I also hope he's not doing a simple comp too.
