Ibanez Echo Shifter ES-2 Bass Demo

Post by Ancient Astronaught »

I got a chance to shoot a lil demo on bass tonight, no talking, no BS, just playing with the knobs and bass. (the end shows what kind of awesome noise stuff it can so with the oscillation switch!)

Yup! It's definitely good for the money. Footswitchs are silent, the slider isn't flimsy, the knobs are responsive, good tone, and it can get weird and wacky as hell. The depth at full tilt has an interesting drastic pitch bending quality to it. It beats out the carbon copy I used before by a long shot.

Sounds great. I've been looking for an analog delay at a good price and that definitely fits the bill

Who was the retailer? That's an awesome deal!

Whoa! Awesome deal indeed! And I totally dig the demo, especially the oscillations at the end. Really nice, seemed totally controllable.

Agreed! Thanks bud! It is totally controllable, dime the knobs and use the time slider to control pitch and its sick. Like I said in some other threads this delay would be right at home on noise boards.

Hmmmm, great demo! Vurry comprehensive and stuff. I just why wonder why iban wouldnt include a rate knobw for the modulation. Either way, awesome pedal/awesome demo.

Thx.

Thanks! I tried to keep it simple and to the point, most people hate to hear talking they just wanna hear the pedal and see what the knobs do, so thats what i did. Well the mod rate seems to be tied to the time slider, I can't get it to mismatch the delay speed but if you crank the depth knob it does start doing some weird shit, pitch bending and what not.

Thanks for the demo! The oscillation sounds great, so does the delay.
