Nice! What kind of stand is it? And how is Motif as a main synth?

Thanks! It's a Quik Lok 3 tier stand, it was the easiest to tear down / setup and one of the most stable we could find that wasn't a custom built / order. I think the Motif sounds great, the tone is amazing, the build quality on the other hand is rather meh... We have atleast 5 or 6 stuck, sticky, or clicking keys that makes playing it annoying sometimes.

its just one guy at ssl. his name is doug slocum. he probably has at least one in stock but not listed on ebay. if you purchase by email it will save him some time and some ebay fees. I think it ships from NJ so you will get it fast.

BTW, I have started my small 5U system and I live like 20 minutes away from you. I only have 5 modules and some more DIY that is not finished at the moment so I have not posted here yet.

Well the 666 came in, but I'm still waiting on the power cable before I can hook it up to the supply:

Oh its horrible man haha

Going to get a Make Noise MMG and throw it in that case with the Trog and a Pittsburgh In/Out. Then in another case (probably a LunchBox) I'll put multiples, Pittsburgh ASDR, Harvestman Stillson Hammer, and hopefully a Pressure Points or Trogotronic M11 along with a Doepfer Mixer. I'd like to also get a second (more stable) sound source to run along with the Trogotronic, possibly a Pittsburgh VCO or something else

4HP VCO??? GUHHH SIGN ME UP

I've got this Blue Lantern Dual VCO but the bulky +/- 15v supply it runs off of is keeping me from wanting to use it with anything

I am considering going for a Doepfer set up for my first modular set up. I'm getting a good chunk of change in the next month or two.

Just listen to this:

I ordered a synthesizers.com Box11 chassis yesterday, and I'll start ordering the first few modules over the next couple weeks. :!!!:

I'm so jealous of all of the modular going on in here.... I wan't to build a little mini noise/mangling setup in one of those mini Doepfer cases.

been a synth geek for ages. Here's what I have currently

Image

lol the pink guitar is my 9 year old daughter's. I could not escape taking a few funny pictures with it, of course

The later is a nord modular (1st version, expanded voices) chained to an electrix analog filter and electrix mo-fx. i literally have over 30,000 patches for it at this point so it my go-to for a lot of stuff (great fx processor too except no reverb). Also in the rack is a suuuuper old ensoniq kmx-16 midi patchbay

Some synths of ages long past that i used to have,
