Haven't listened to anything he released after Bermuda Drain. Not for lack of interest, just, y'know... never got around to it.

Pleasure Ground is probs my favourite release of his that I've listened to. Those synth tones... goddamn. Bleak. And Still, Wanting probably takes the cake for pure harsh, though.

Is he doing something other than just mic feedback and screaming now? That whole thing seemed like a concept you could only run with for like, an EP.

Bermuda Drain was a definite departure from that; more synthy stuff with weird poetry and screamy vocals. Also his Vatican Shadow stuff is synthz and beatz, though a bit monotonous (which I'm not saying is a bad thing).

Tiger Smells is back to basics feedback and screaming though, which I was really feeling again when I posted. :animal:

Looks like I need to check out Tiger Smells, then. Always a place in my life for feedback and screaming...

I really liked Prurient when I saw him supporting Cold Cave in SF. Does anyone know about his rig, be it recording or just what he lugs to gigs? The venue was rather dark for his part of the set so I didn't make out most of it.

I've got one of his discs, the one that came with the 5" record. I never really got into it though.
