Can you compare the fuzz side of the dagger to anything else?

Emmm.. it's hard. Think of the woofiness of a vintage 'Green' Big Muff, plus the midrange cut, add a mix control and blend in some dry signal (it sounds like there is a permanent dry signal added to the distortion) and then add a Superfuzz upper octave effect. It really is its own thing.

Is the wild turkey after the FZ-2, or is it in the effects loop?

It's actually first in the chain, before the bass even.

I hear that it hates getting interference from a buffer.
I'm more like a mids-ist than a bassist.

Well, it's back to the drawing board...for ambient/experimental noise rocky shiz.

Chain is:
Saturn V > WOW Signal > Shape EQ > Pluto Switch TB Loop (w/1981 DMM) > OD-880 > 1976 Ram's Head > Street Sweeper > Tremolessence > TF-1 > Spring Chicken

EX-P (reverb), EV-5 (tremolo rate), Tremolessence in Hold mode. Shape EQ is always-on and functioning as a buffer.

Regret selling my Lofi Loop Junky as predicted; and now GASing for another looper...and this time one with some layering options...

I tried to replace the (stock) DMM but it just aint happening.
No echo/delay or combination of echo/delay & modulation (that I've tried) can fux with it.
Feedback is set to get about 30-35 repeats when digging in, and they grow progressively dirty and harmonically richer while hovering on the brink of oscillation...even when backing off.

Anyone know of another MN3005-based echo (at potential voltage) where the white noise from longer delay times is usable and even desirable with both clean and even dirty amps? :idk:
[B/S/T shoutouts] Shortlist: Hollow Earth|Ct5|856|Condor|Thermae|OP-1|half track reel2reel|Prophet6 ... :whoa:

Personally, I'd ditch the other three pedals and just use the Wild Turkey. SICK FUZZ TONEZ.

Alright... All you Noise-Supressor users...
I have a dilemma.
I am currently using a muff variant paired up with an 87' blackface rat. Whenever the Rat is on, it gives off alot of hum.. Even if the volume on it is turned back, I don't have the distortion turned up alot either.
I've never used any kind of Noise Supressor before, will it get rid of that?

Two guitar boards. Very free form. My fav components fuzz, reverb and delay and in abundance. I am in the midst of designing and building a sick briefcase board. I have many dreams - soon they will be reality. You shall see :p

dooooooooooooooom board for my dooooooooom band. My base tone is the megalith and ghost echo (always on). Super fuzzy, bassy, slightly scooped - the ghost echo compliments it perfectly with some depth and ballz! Then i add in different flavs of delay (noise with the dfx9 and warm repeats with the DT), RRR (for super washy verbed out to the depths of hell TOANZ), the flanger (for super slow flanges with the heavy fuzz - super slooooooooooowww)

Image

similiar yet different. The monarch is always on!! With my amp it gets pretty dirty but not too fuzzed out. The overdriven verbed out, with the DT always on for warmth analog goodness. Then when I want to get really wild and dissonant, I'll blast on the FZ-2. Shit gets fuuuuucccccccccckkkkkkkkkkkeeed.

MOAR delay and fuzz to come!! I can get into outterspace and back...i think i need MOAR fuzz though.
Fuzz, reverb, delay.
