I need some patch cables
I've got like $20
what should I get?
musician's gear cables are cheap, but everywhere I go people say they suck. can anyone here vouch for them?

Mammoth Electronics has packs of patch cables for like $20ish, and they're the longest lasting that I've tried out of Lava Solderless, cheap colored cables, etc etc.

Yep! Those come assembled in that link. I've only had one out of the about 20 that I have after about a year of use, and a simple solder job under the pancake makes it as good as new!

I make my own cables, but use very similar pancake jacks that Mammoth uses for those. I have yet to have a single failure since I started making them, about a year and a half ago.
