EQD Disaster Transport Sr

Post by synthezatory »

Any interest? Worth it? How much different is it from the previous models? Just wondering if it would washed out in the band mix. The addition of tap tempo would make it golden though, especially for the price.

Haha yeah, I was just curiously asked based on what's available on their demo videos, someone must have familiar with the older ones might be able to call the difference :animal:

What is the older model? Regarding the housing and graphics, it would be the Ghost Disaster (which is tits), speaking fo modulated delay, it would be the Disaster Transport (normal)...

Yeah.. rebuilding my pedalboard from a scratch and looking for new pedals. To be honest, there's no delay pedal out there that REALLY caught my interest and makes me want to buy it right away. So I'm taking my time and do more research. Been looking at these EQD DTSr, DBA Dream Echo 2 and the Wampler FTEw/Tap.. and strangely I liked what I heard out of the wampler so far. Any words on those?

Delay lusting is the worst, I've pulled trigger this morning and (the EQD) should be here in few days. I'll share my view this weekend, but if I don't.. please forgive me, I must be in a la la land by then, farting rainbows and fly away with gang of unicorns :!!!:

absolutely loving mine too. i got it thursday and i was unsure if i really wanted it, but damn. the delays sound perfect. the reverb is nice. the modulation is a bit powerful for my taste but with the depth dialed back it's perfect. many zone-out sessions have been had and will continue to be had. the decays sound gorgeous. i'm glad i waited out the ghost disaster GAS.
