Shit, this looks both awesome and completely unintelligible for code idiots like myself.

The code looks like gibberish to me also. Supposedly the app ships with lots of presets so you can kind of see what's going on under the hood. There's also some third party 'patches' for pretty cheap.

Bet they're loving that! More power to you. :)

Sweet. I just bought it last night and am slowly starting to get into the code. :)

I bought it an hour ago. Lots and lots of fun to be had. Even though the code is kinda gibberish. I will watch the tutorials and see what happens. I have edited some of the presets and have tried some of the random code. It looks really complicated but it can be quite rewarding.

When do we start a thread for code exchange?

How many inputs/outputs are you needing?

Not that many, maybe four. I had liked the idea of getting the Behringer MX400 but I would need to be able to use the device with headphones sometimes and the MX400's mono output would preclude that. I thought that the Behringer Xenyx q502usb might be a better option.

Every signal chain I assemble turns into a noise board.

Or is there some way that I could convert the mono output from the MX400 into stereo for headphone use?

I think that's more for splitting a signal.

just bought the get lofi quad oscillator kit. should be here tomorrow. excited to get that as part of my noise board. it'll need some stuff but once I get that built I'll try to get some pictures.

starting it pretty basic though. quad oscillator into a feedback loop with a realistic reverb unit. just more crazy oscillation. i also have a noise maker fx donner party fuzz that is pretty splatter/sputter fueled and that'll probably make it in there some place.

once i build the quad oscillator i want to move onto some cooler stuff. i just haven't spent a lot of time building stuff outside of soldering my own cables and one byoc kit.

i've also been considering using an akai lpd8 for sampling through my ipad and maybe picking up the synthstation 25 for some synth sounds.
