Somewhat sloppily played demo. The song is a work in progress.

Re: Baritone...nope, nine string!
thanks doods!
I realized after recording that there's a lot of bass heavy parts in the song, but maybe you guys get the idea... The natural chorus of the high strings makes them sound really cool for leads; they really "pop" out more, I think.

Sounds completely awesome. I have always wanted to try a 9er like that, also the drums on that song sound pretty cool haha.

Been playing drums a long time and recently picked up the guitar, hence joining here!

Thanks again! I like getting compliments on the drums because they're programmed!
Someday I'll find someone to play drums. Someday.

That's what I thought was cool about them! They still have the programmed (in a good way) vibe, but just sound like caveman heavy badass.
Also I would definitely jam on the drums with you if ever we met.

Re: Baritone...nope, nine string!
Matt Pike's the only other person I know who owns a 9 string. Custom made by First Act, oddly enough.

Looks and sounds pretty amazing, especially since it comes from a company that specializes in guitar-shaped turds.

Yeah, the other First Act nine string that inspired my idea is the silverburst version played by Bill Kelliher in Mastodon.

Cewl. I still need to do something to counteract the heavy head stock.
