You can take an Audible Disease TT-1. It really sounds like the original Dod, but it's true bypass and it has a useful standard 9vDC in.
You're not a musician, you're a low frequencies generator!

Good deals: starcastic, multi_s, Ragged Trousers, phantasmagorovich x2, delaydecay, Aen, plotkin, TheOndrakGuy, Grandnoise, smallsnd/bgsnd, jskadiang, WtrPlyr, sp3k, AngryGoldfish, dan_abnormal, laekna x11, casperh7, FreakFlagRecordings, MEC x3, CaptainBoxman, wsf1234, durden26, Communarchy, painbeam, hipwaf, shrubber, chutneyfarmer, John, colossus, Jero, Jono, DarkAxel, Lebowsky, Eivind August, Snufkino, boneslygrifter

Yeah I know a guy who as an AD TT-1. Moog Audio in Canada has a few going for pretty cheap. I've heard that AD's build quality isn't the greatest though

I use my Pearl Octaver clone into fuzz. Was running it into my standard fuzz clone the other night and it sounded so fucked up and good. Doesn't always track well but I love it. Octave up on it is shit but the ability to dial in the dry (FUZZ) with amount of octave 1 or 2 down is the shit.

I use a DOD octaver into fuzz and it works perfectly for me, the analogue imperfect tracking + fuzz works great. Thing cost me like $20 so it's worth a try I reckon.

The best things would be to wait for this to happen:

As much as a Ring Mod can. If you look up Youtube Demos there are a few demos of octave down fuzz there!

Anybody have any experience with the DOD meatbox? It's not a true octave down, but I've seen a clone that almost blew some speakers out with amount of low end that it was pushing. Pretty sure Greg Anderson uses them live...
