Seems like a cool box, but I think I'll pass. I think for a little bit more money, you could get a lot more synth.

However, It is tempting to make a poor-man's-Taurus with this and a Keith McMillen 12-Step.

The Rocket Seems like a good travel buddy for those on the go constantly. It is USB powered so it obviuosly pairs up with a laptop very well. It has to have digital oscillators because of the paraphony (not polyphony), it can do chord stabs etc. It can filter audio so it might be cool for those working on their laptop to run their tracks through it's filter, kind of reamp with it.

I don't think it's paraphonic in the sense that the Korg Poly 800 is paraphonic though. You can't play it like that from a keyboard. It just has extra oscillators for unison mode, and a one-finger-chord kinda thing. I.E. Only major chords, or only minor chords, but not switching between both unless you rock the knob while you play.

I could be wrong though.
