Help me out with a Distortion pedal

Post by Andrew »

Budget $260ish aus.

Got my Musket for my fuzz, want to replace my HM-2. It's a good pedal though mine is very bassy and the gain sounds like its at 12 oclock even when it's at max. Looking for a pedal that can get a nice natural amp sounding amount of gain but can also get a little over the top. Mostly playing Funeral Doom/Black Metal sort of stuff, Musket is for more Stonery stuff.

I think that I should find something close.

Looking at:
- Dr Scientist Elements
- Wampler Triple Wreck
- Weehbo Morbid Drive
- Okko Dominator

Cheers.
