Actually I don't stack the two muffs together. They sound great individually. I stack the BD2 into either one of them to give them a little more transparent gain. It's a great combination and I think the BD2 is highly underrated as agreat all around and versatile OD.

i know its the in thing to make fun of tgp but after awhile we don't look any better if we're always bringing it up.

^ I concur. My beef with TGP isn't the gear the choose, it's their shitty attitude (i.e. "you're doing it wrong!"). Sinking to their level doesn't accomplish anything.

I've noticed [it's] popular among the tight-ass, middle aged, sanctimonious fanboys who play nothing but copped blues licks or P&W, which might account for the "you're doing it wrong" dopplegangers. Same with the lawyer types who fetishize gear as status symbols.

My take is there are no real rules with music made by artists. Play what you like.

Blues and P&W can both sound great.

But posers can take it on the orthopedic arches and get those (tan pants-wrapped) legs a-steppin; long walk/short-pier style-------->
