Black Arts Toneworks FNORD

Post by Casavettes »

Hey homies
I tried searching for this but not a whole lot came up. Been listening to the demos and it sounds incredible
I was wondering if there are any ILFerz that haz one that could drop me some knowledge.

Does the blunderbuss upper octave in the effect? If so, then there may be over lap. If not you're in the clear. Fuzz can go from glitchy sputtery upper octave fuzz to thick punch you in the face fuzz and a lot in between.

crohny pretty much summed it up. It's fucking SICK! Like a crazy octaver fuzz + scrambler + trademark BAT thickness and ballz! I love mine. Wide array of sounds from those 3 controls too and the octave is blendable so it'll go from standard-ish thick fuzz to some really whacked out shit with minor tweaking.

Mark makes 'em in small runs, think he's released a couple runs thus far.

This is a bit more articulate than my post. Well a lot more articulate ha. But what I said, plus this and the fact that Black Arts rules you should buy this pedal. Mark does make them in batches and if my eyes did indeed see correctly I saw that a few online dealers have them in stock I think. Proguitarshop has/had them I am pretty sure. If you ask Mark nicely he may even build you one.

Said this in another thread: the Hoof is close to the buss. I have had both. Both are silicon/germanium hybrid muff style fuzzes. The buss sounds like it was trying to ape the Hoof and they got pretty close.

I recently got one and it's amazing! Can get super gated just like the gate TAFM. Works great with bass as well as guitar. I highly recommend it. Awesome pedal.

I think I may even just keep all the dirt on my board and add the fnord to it
Mini, blunderbuss, dirt transmitter and fnord could be a nice team

I just have to keep my indecisive at bay because I also have a deluxe pitch pirate on my list of things I really want to try

Had one and really enjoyed it. No recollection of why I sold it.
MENTAL ILLNESS.
Good deals on ILF: too many to list, just ask!
