Which fuzzrite?

Post by crayola64 »

So I'm in the market for some sort of fuzzrite clone. Which ones are your favorites and why?

I don't have one, but I would go with the Creepy Fingers.

Why, I don't know, I never tried one. :p

I'll check it out. On another note I want it to be smooth and buzzy. I have an idea but I don't really want to spend too much

Sounds pretty good to me too. I know of a clone I want but I don't have the spare cash for it now if I want to deal with my other needs first.

Jerms makes a great Fuzzrite. Silicon or germanium. I have a germanium one of his, and I love it.

The jerms ones are pretty expensive and hard to find though. It's pretty much between the ashbass and vintagefx. The ashbass is certainly cheaper in price

I'm not sure they've been released yet. They were just announced at NAMM.

Aaron of Arc Effects sold me a DAM FR-70 clone for a good price. I like it more than the CF Fuzzfight I had.

Supposed to cost $250.
