I was going to buy 2 rusty boxes for the stereo bass but I may have to try this out for my bridge PU

Re: Tronographic boxidizer
How does this differ from the Rusty Box? Glanced at their FB and a thread at the Electric Audio forum but didn't scope any sort of clear answer.

It's EQ'd for guitar instead of bass

Bump for updates on this. Anyone have or tried one? Thoughts?
Good deals on ILF: too many to list, just ask!

Re: Tronographic boxidizer
I had both the Rusty Box and the Boxidizer fro a while. I don't know if the EQ section could be considered as the main difference between the two pedals. I didn't notices any loss of low frequencies using the Boxidizer with bass or baritone guitar, as I never suffer from a lack of high frequencies with the Rusty Box and a standard tuned guitar. The Boxidizer seems to have always a raw and harsh sound, plenty of overtones, while the Rusty Box could also sound more "normal", if you undersand... Another great difference I found is the boost section: the boost of the Rusty Box, when engaged, changes dramatically the sound of the distortion, while the boost of the Boxidizer only adds volume and/or gain.
They're both great pedals for bass and obviously also for guitar. I decided to keep the Boxidizer only 'cause it runs at 9vDC...

You're not a musician, you're a low frequencies generator!

Re: Tronographic boxidizer
For those who are still wondering how does it sound, here you can find a baritone EGC through a Boxidizer and then into an old Model T:
