But in all seriousness I agree with what many have posted here. I usually only have one to three fuzzes on board at time. I get pretty overwhelmed if I have more and tend to not make music and just fun noises. Even my God Machine is reserved for recording purposes mostly.

Ok, I don't feel so bad now. I DO love fuzz and I use the pedals I do have pretty often. Got my eye on a couple more that I'd like to buy soon as well...Will I be a total toolbag if I buy a germanium Fuzz Face mini?? I can't help it, I think they're so cute.

On a basic comfort level I really like having 4 layers of dirt/fuzz on the board, though I really only need my wolf computer to be happy. Currently I own ten fuzzes, three on-board and seven off.
Legit is not a relevant concept. All that matters is what you like, fuck everyone who puts you down for not having enough or the right kind of fuzz. In short, fuck anyone who puts you down for doing what makes you happy.
