dood. how fucking stoopid is this? Alameda County (Berkeley, Oakland, Emeryville and more) passed an ordinance so that grocery stores and shops like Target have to charge you 10 cents for every bag they give you.

San Jose has the same stupid ordinance. I don't know how many times I've been to target to buy 1 or 2 things (so I don't bring a bag of course) and end up buying other crap. Bam! There goes 10 more cents.

Better than this place. Grocery stores can no longer give you the small clear plastic bags, at all. You have to buy the bigger, more durable, bags at 50 cents.
