That green is intense in person, practically glows.
The clear looks pretty slick, esp with the aluminum neck as mentioned before. Some uniquely classy shit!
Are acrylic bodies heavy as fuck tho?

yes they are about twice as heavy, aluminum is even heavier but they can make the bodies hollow

This reminds me - who's going to build a brass neck guitar first?

I have a hard time believing they would be able to make a brass neck without a brass body for balancing purposes and that thing would end up being about 13 times more heavy which means you are looking at a 100 pound guitar. Good luck holding that.

Don't crush my dreams with realism like that!

Yeah, not technically what you're looking for, since it's only a brass rod embedded in a wooden neck, but I've always thought they were pretty neat.

Yeah, that thing looks fucking sick. A little busy and random on the knob placement but that neck and body are working for me!

Re: Electrical Guitar Company Guitars
I will now propose a brass/aluminum hybrid with a skeletonized neck. Like this Gittler:

Re: Electrical Guitar Company Guitars
I've been pretty interested to try out a skeletonized neck for a while. They seem like a lot of fun
