i dont understand this product...
What does it? Send CV out shaped by the sliders? :wha?:

Yes, it appears to be a sequencer that outputs CV. So as it goes through each step, it outputs a CV voltage determined by each slider. But it also refers to "expression/CV", so I assume it can also change to just having each slider control the wiper on a pot as well. :idk:

No interest in the pedals, but I like that custom board.

I love how he tries to make it sound like putting a clean blend on an overdrive is some sort of innovation. :picard:

How about this: LEARN TO MAKE A FUCKING DRIVE/FUZZ PEDAL THAT RETAINS LOW END AND NOTE DEFINITION WITHOUT PUSSYING OUT AND JUST SLAPPING ON A CLEAN BLEND.

For all the talk I've heard over the last few years about this being a golden age for bassists, there sure are a lot of lazy-ass me-too pedal makers out there that refuse to put in any fucking effort at all.

What if it retains low end and note definition AND has a clean blend though, just for a bit of mix? Can't see why that's so bad.

Maybe if they had done that, you could at least make an argument. But I thought that sounded like donkeyshit. I'm just so sick of pedalmakers acting like a clean blend is the only possible solution to making a bass pedal sound good.

That's not to say that every pedal with a clean blend sucks. The TAFM and HOTD are both awesome. But not because of the clean blend.

Sorry I just get worked up by this shit. I just wish there were more things out there for bassists that were actually exciting and groundbreaking. Instead we get yet another crappy overdrive with a clean blend.

I didn't listen to the demo, that's fair enough then, thought you just meant in general (as I have seen you mention it before) and it seemed justifiable in certain places.

I can guarantee if there was a pedal called "Donkeyshit" that sounded like donkeyshit it would sell like hotcakes here.

Sounded pretty good to me. I'd try it.

To me it sounded ok, nothing special. I don't put too much weight in those "demos"
