It was the ESP XJ-6
Hello Music seems to have bought a TON of them, they pop up every now and then.

Awesome guitars...sorta Jag-ish offset with minihums. The non-sparkly ones have a really nice grain.
There are some that call me...morningstaru?

The Hello Music ones are like the first pic but sexier finish and Duncan Fireburd pickups.

I'm not a fan, they look a little bit weird to me. And that headstock is gross. :barf:

Necrobump because HelloMusic is tempting me.

They've got this up:
http://www.espguitars.com/guitars/ltd-x ... -2vfm.html

It's totally not the kind of thing I like. I hate gold hardware and I think the body binding is goofy. But, still, I kind of want it. Also, flame maple :barf:
Maybe it's the semi-hollow and the bigsby combined with the skinny neck and offset?
I have no experience with ESP/LTD. Are they normally a safe bet?

Still have and love my XJ-6. Glad no one bought it when I was selling. Really fun guitar with the various pickup/switching options.
Good deals on ILF: too many to list, just ask!

BTW, as close to a Fender XII I've seen on the market right now:

I'd naturally like less douche pickups standard, but what're ya gonna do.

I sort of like that.
I'd probably go with a real Fender XII first, but that's sort of cool.

Me too. The Toronado is the perfect Gibson-wolf in Fender-sheep's clothing. That LTD 12-string is pretty sweet.

Pawn Shop Mustang Special is another example of this. :thumb:
