Does anyone build small compact isolated out units?
Something like this would be perfect if it was findable.

There's a transformer inside to isolate your signal & prevent ground hums.

Lehle and Radial incorporate them in some of there pedals...

The only one I know of is that TheGigRig Virtual Battery. Never tried it, so I have no opinion on it.
