I didn't recognize the name but as soon as you said, he makes pedal demos and he sounds just like Jack Black I knew the dude.

He's Eric Whorton from the band "El Roostars"

kinda funny actually as he mostly sings in that band and they have another lead guitarist who uses the king bee tele and Z maz

he's also in this video a couple minutes in talking about guitars--guess he's got a shop too.
