Yep, I made it out of the backplate of an old DOD pedal. Sanded it down. I really like the attack of the metal, gives kind of a clang to it as well. I only use it with my Jaguar, because it scratches the shit out of it. But it sounds soooo good. Especially with a compressor to pick up all the clank and clang.
