Any Maxon RTD800 owners/played?

Hi,

I'm trying to chase down anyone who has had a good amount of experience with this pedal!

Was hoping someone could share their thoughts and feelings on the pedal!?

Was really interested in how they compare to a non valve distortion pedal. They are really expensive and I'm not sure if it's worth the extra cash. Not buying the whole warmer sound push it gets. But open to it sounding more "natural".
