I realize I'm about 10 years behind btw. Don't ask.

Played the RE6 prologue...not impressed. I'm tempted to not even bother starting the main story and just put it down.

Guild Wars 2 finally hooked me in...I hated it at first, and I'm still not completely sold on it as a traditional mmo...more like a single player adventure rpg with co-op elements.
Rolled a ranger (now 26) after failed attempts as a mesmer/elementalist.

Pshhhh...Engineer all day. So much fun. Man, in beta, engies could lay 5 targeted mines in addition to a minefield...that combined with the explosive knockback perk made it fucking hilarious to put them on ledges up high, like the wood planks on that church PVP level.
Putting net turrets right around corners and getting yelled at was incredible too.
Though I only reached 36 or so before I was too bored to continue. I'm not as addicted to MMOs as I used to be, but some still burn out faster than others...

Still having too much fun w/Borderlands 2, but it does has an annoying habit of respawning minor bosses that I've already beat...that bugs me a little. Gonna finish this char's (the commando) run and then consider DLC's and a second char, this time the Siren.

it's also MUH harder (wayyyy better) in True Vault Hunter Mode, which you can only do after the first playthrough with each character.

SIREN FTW.

Yeah...the 2nd playthru is when it REALLY gets good. I started w/the commando to learn the game's quirks and junk without also needing to learn the char's special skill at the same time (I have enough problems with even remembering the skill to begin with, after it is available). I'll definitely do both a Siren and Assassin later on, and both of those will do the second lap.

I'm still givin' it my all with the Resident Evil collection. I'm not really playing them in order right now. I'm on RE5 (Gold Edition). Last night I was at the spot where you have to get that damn emblem off Jill's chest.

Before this, I was making my way through Silent Hill. I think I'm on the third one, but Resident Evil took over.

Sending RE6 back. I'm not sure, but I have a sneaking suspicion it is the WORST GAME I have ever played.
Like not just bad for the Resident Evil series...but seriously one of the least enjoyable games I have played in my 20+ years gaming.

Wow. Nothin' half-way about that statement...but how can you send it back?

I've only played it a bit with the girlfriend. I haven't made it very far, though.

She bought me RE6 for Christmas and it came with the download code for 1-5. I can't complain!
