Atlas Sound's Let the Blind Lead Those Who Can See but Cannot Feel is really dreamy and at times pretty fuzzy.

In the same vein as Atlas Sound (Bradford Cox vein that is), Deerhunter's Cryptograms is pretty fuzzy and dreamy.
