I love that this turned into a "how awesome are Autolux!?" thread and got some more people listening.
I first got into them through their collabs with UNKLE, but their own stuff is so much better. Future Perfect is, well, perfect.

The problem is, Pefftronics filed off all the values for the ICs used which makes cloning pretty bloody tricky.

it's in my all time top four. transit transit is sick too, though i'm guessing the next will be better since it was their sophomore experimentation phase.

So top 4...is that another way of saying it's at #4? ;)

I don't know man, after FIVE years between albums...I was expecting a lot more out of "Transit Transit." Didn't give it much play time after a couple listens. I suppose it should looked at on its own merits, since "Future Perfect" would be impossible to top.
Good deals on ILF: too many to list, just ask!

I was kind of disappointed at first after the Oh new album luster wore off. but then I try and look at it as a typical sophomore album and realize that they had the songs and it was mostly recored really soon after Future Perfect. They just didn't want to try and sink themselves into DIY getting it out for whatever reason. That said I'm still excited for the new album this year.

some of the new songs were in this set.
