What is the smallest delay pedal out there?

I need a super tiny delay I can tape to a microphone to fuck with the speed without having to hover over a pedal. Gimme yer tiniest pedals

Another option would be to get a builder to put a delay into a wah enclosure, and have them build it so the treadle affects the speed. No hovering, you tweak it with your feet! I was considering having skullservant build me a Cave Dweller like that because the speed-tweaking on those is SOOOOOOO SMOOTH! Right now, the circuit is a little extra dark, tone-wise, but he has mentioned thinking about adding a tone knob to fix that.
