Coming into my 3rd week of Wendler 531...next week is deload, and it's much needed. Deadlifts are killing me
Got a pair of Kinvara3's, I know they are more of a distance runner selection but they are dope workout shoes. Not as good as VFF's for leg moves, I prefer to get as close to barefoot as possible...but the Kinvaras are great for an all-around/crossfit style workout.
regarding products, I actually think Herbalife is amazing. every time i drank that shake for longer than a month, I got buff really easy, and when I added proteines to it and did the weight gain.. that was just crazy. a 6pack in 2 weeks without any trouble. <3 I'm going to buy more soon. I love it.

Quitting drinking after Friday. Then I might get a gym membership. I've been doing a lot at home, but I can't do any of the really heavy and beneficial stuff: deadlifts, squats, etc... I've been using my kettlebell again, though. That shit is brutal. After I quit the drinks, I think I miiiiight try and do an anabolic diet for a short while.

its because im on Warfarin (blood thinners) due to having a mechanical heart valve, and the vitamin K found in most green or leafy veges stops the warfarin workin. so if you want to get a stage 1 cyborg upgrade ...

Good workout this AM, it was nice to have another guy there to do some more drills and full court Nobody plays along with my sneaker nonsense but I wore my purple hyperfuse this morning felt pretty good.

I was out with my friend today. Doing strength, coordination and balance exercises. Now it's 2:48 a.m. And an hour or so ago, I saw this video again, I got pissed and I got to it again. I GOT TO IT! Now I'm going to get something healthy to eat, some beans for protein, onions, think I'll cook some pasta or sth. And then I'll go play some bass, slowly, practice every nuance. And probably do that until I fall asleep. If I don't fall asleep, I'll play some piano too.
Tomorrow I have another practice session with my friend. This time, running and sprinting. I'm happy, sore, hungry.. but I'm so blissful it's not a bad thing.. it's just wonderful..

Man, you guys are good. The last two days, I've had 8-10 beers, couple bloody marys, and a ton of meatless lasagna... yeah, it's christmas. And now I feel like a slug...

I discovered today that I am now too large for my favorite pair of jeans. I can no longer button them, and they're strangling my thighs. On the one hand, I'm happy that I'm finally gaining some weight - hopefully at least some of which is muscle, since I've been going to the gym four or five days a week for the past few weeks - but goddamn it, they were my only good pair of jeans.
